The Stewardship Council consists of a representative and, in most cases, an alternate appointed by the participating towns’ Boards of Selectmen.   Other voting committee members include representatives from National Park Service and Nashua River Watershed Association.   Non-voting members included representatives from MA Div. of Fish & Wildlife and the Devens Enterprise Commission.   Participating guests includes local and regional resource experts from Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
