The Study Committee consisted of a representative and, in most cases, an alternate appointed by the participating towns’ Boards of Selectmen.   Other voting committee members included representatives from National Park Service and Nashua River Watershed Association.   Non-voting members included representatives from MA Div. of Ecological Restoration, MA Div. of Fish & Wildlife, US Fish & Wildlife Service, the Devens Enterprise Commission, and US Geological Survey.   Participating guests includes local and regional resource experts from Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
